Does an afternoon of tea, snacks, yoga, meditation, a sound bath, and connection with fellow souls sound like your vibe?? Come and join Ariel and I on this magical journey. You can register by clicking the button below. We can't wait to see you there!!

Rishi's Community Yoga is the first studio where I started teaching, aside from my private in-home studio. It is a lovely community made for those who love to savor their yoga classes. The classes here focus more on the dharma talk (the juicy quotes, lessons, and meditations shared throughout class) than on getting the perfect headstand. Rishi's is a beautiful community of students and teachers who appreciate the more eastern flavor of yoga. Please note that all of the classes that I offer here come with optional aromatherapy and a sound bath shavasana. This studio also has all of the props you can need, including yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own if you have them! If you aren't sure you want to work with me one-on-one, classes are your preferred practice style, or you want to find a new studio to call home, click the links above to come check it out! Classes held at Rishi's are labeled as RCY.
My journey with Harmonist Sanctuary is just beginning! They are located in the heart of downtown and have one of the most beautiful studios in Denver. The space mimics that of a womb space, having this divinely feminine circular space. The windows are above eye level to make you truly come inward during your practice. They are a non-profit that supports Spanish and Russian speaking communities, along with the LGBT+ community and anyone else who needs it. The link I have listed here is a set price, as I can't do sliding scale pricing with this website design, but if you go to https://www.harmonistsanctuary.org/, you can find the sliding scale pricing for my offerings here.
Monday nights, I teach an All Levels Flow class that ties the movement to the breath. It is a great opportunity to strengthen your muscles, improve your balance, deepen your flexibility, and enhance your health. I would not recommend this class to anyone who has had recent surgeries, injuries, or severe limitations.
Restorative yoga is just what you need to end your Monday evening. We will be holding poses for several minutes while sinking into the support of blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps, and sandbags. The most challenging aspect of this class is observing the monkey brain we all have and choosing, consciously, to sink back into presence.
My Tuesday gentle class and my Thursday gentle class are quite different. Tuesday mornings, we focus on asanas that are all seated or lying down. This is a great class for anyone who has movement limitations or has recently recovered from an injury/surgery. The Thursday class is a gentle traditional flow that includes lying down, seated, kneeling, and standing postures. This is a great class for gently stretching out the body and settling into presence.
We will slow down your regular flow class to sink into the poses and really savor the divinity of the asana. Just like the rest of my classes, this will start with optional aromatherapy and conclude with a sound bath shavasana.
I currently offer a sound bath every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Friday of the month. As of right now, it includes 7 crystal bowls that each align with the primary chakras, bamboo chimes, a nut chime, a tongue drum, a shaman drum, and an ocean drum. I often offer an optional guided meditation along with the sound. There is no movement in this class; you just come in, relax, and enjoy the sound.
I currently offer an embodiment class that starts with meditation, transitions into gentle yoga, then an alternative healing method, more journaling, and ends with a community connection circle. Each month has a different focus. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN JOURNAL!

An hour and a half workshop where we will be allowing our creative juices to flow. We will begin class with aromatherapy and breathwork, moving into a sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and drums, where students will have time to write and create poetry on a topic of their choosing, and conclude the class by sharing our pieces with our fellow souls and discussing the beauty of our creative work. Please bring your own journal and writing utensil. You are welcome to bring your own topic to class or draw from a bowl of creative topics that will be available. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN JOURNAL!
