Serenity plans are fully customizable self-care programs to help you thrive physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. You can choose hands-on daily support, or self-guided plans that are tailored to your lifestyle, with an array of 8 different practice types so you can choose the focuses that align most with your soul. These practices include yoga, sound healing, meal planning, meditation, journaling, affirmations, self-dating, and self-care budgeting. Each plan is made with you in mind. Together, we’ll create a plan tailored just for you.

Step 4: Serenity Preview & Pricing
I’ll send your uniquely designed Serenity preview with clear, itemized pricing so you can prioritize what matters most.
Step 5: Approval & Commencing
Once you approve your preview, we will begin your journey!

Self-Guided:
If you’re great at accountability but struggle with details, this is for you: You'll receive a guide at the start of each week or month. Then you follow the plan on your schedule.
Hands-On Support:
If consistency and finding time are challenges, this option is your best friend:
You'll get daily text reminders to show up for yourself. You can choose from once a day up to three times a day. Each message includes direct links, so there is no need to search for your plan to find out what's on the agenda.
Fully Digital Option
If you prefer to go fully digital, I can send all of your information via text or email. I will create private YouTube links for you to follow along with in your own home.
In-Person Connection
If a deeper connection is what you're craving, we can do a plan that includes in-person sessions hosted in your home, or my private in-home studio. I can prepare a printed plan for you to review without ever having to touch your inbox.
Hybrid Plan
We can also do a hybrid plan with in-person days when your schedule allows and digital guidance when life gets a bit more hectic.

If you'd like to incorporate movement medicine into your daily or weekly schedule, this serene add-on is for you. You can have custom yoga flows built with your physical limitations and personal goals in mind or select from a list of pre-recorded yoga plans. These include menstrual flow alignment, flexibility/mobility, strength building, and stress relief.
Sound healing is perfect for aligning the body via vibration. If you want to move stuck energy and find unity within your body once more, sound healing is for you. I currently offer crystal bowl sound baths with 7 different chakra-synchronized bowls. You can choose the pre-recorded collection of sound baths used to target stress, sleep aid, mid-day reset, and more common ailments, or get customized recordings made just for you.
Food is medicine, and the fuel you offer your body is vital for your healing and growth. I am not a dietician, nor do I promote weight loss programs. I offer meal plans that align with your menstrual cycle, anti-inflammatory goals, gut health reset, or allergy restrictions. I do not advocate for diets like keto or calorie deficit. If those work for you, I love that for you! I just don't offer meal planning for those types of diets.
Meditation is the key to a quiet mind. If you are looking to be more centered, level-headed, and stress-free, a daily meditation routine is just what you need. All meditations come custom-built to fit your life, your flow, and your dreams.
If you need help processing big emotions, clearing your mind before bed, gaining clarity, improving your mental health, or enhancing your self-awareness, journaling is the way to go. Get customized journal prompts made to fit your life.
We all have pre-programmed thought patterns that place limits on our growth. If rewiring your mind to be comfortable with self-love, positivity, and tranquility is something you're interested in, this would be great for you. This includes daily affirmations designed to rewire your neuropathways.
We all know what romance looks like with another soul, but what does it look like with your own? Self-dating is all about learning who you are, what you want, what brings you joy, and what hobbies bring light to your life. This is a great add-on if you're interested in falling in love with your own existence.
