Yoga first came into my life when I was 11 years old, thanks to my magical soul sister and maternal grandmother, Heidi. It saved my life at 14 when eating disorders nearly killed me. Since then, I have gotten certified in yoga and sound healing to help pursue my passion of guiding people to remember the path back to their authentic souls.

My main offering is customizable self-care programs called Serenity Plans. I also offer individual yoga and sound healing sessions. We can dive into your healing, deepen your connection with your soul, or bring some holistic healing to girls' night! All Things Serene is all about offering what YOU need in this phase of your life.
